Hainanese Chicken Rice
Had Hainanese chicken rice this afternoon, courtesy of my boss boss. Not the best, but good enough. Maybe i'll try cooking it with Ed one of these days...

Did he cook using Hainanese Chicken Rice Premix And Paste?
I think you should be able to find more of these Premix Pasta in supermarts; Curry, Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle, Laksa, Mee Siam, etc. I saw some of these in Sydney and Japan before. Maybe Dubai has!
